Create an Account

Open your company account at vagsis.net. After verifying your email address, you will have access to the panel.

  • Go to vagsis.net/register and fill in the form
  • Click the link in the verification email you receive
  • Complete your company information and select a plan

No credit card required for the free plan. You can upgrade at any time.

Download the Agent Software

Download the installation file for your target operating system from the Devices → Download Agent menu in the panel.

Install the Agent

Run the installation file on every computer you want to monitor. The wizard guides you step by step.

Windows — Manual installation

PowerShell (Admin) .\VagSisSetup.msi /quiet ENROLLMENT_CODE=YOUR-COMPANY-CODE

macOS — Terminal

Terminal sudo installer -pkg VagSis.pkg -target / \
  && defaults write com.vagsis.agent enrollmentCode "YOUR-COMPANY-CODE"
  • Enrollment code is shown on the panel's Devices page
  • Agent starts automatically via Windows Task Scheduler / macOS LaunchDaemon
  • Recording continues even if the internet is disconnected — uploads when reconnected

On first run on macOS, you must approve Screen Recording permission from System Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording.

Create Users and Departments

Add your employees via the panel, assign them to departments and define the appropriate monitoring policy for each unit.

  • Settings → Departments → New Department
  • Employees → Invite User (by email)
  • Configure recording hours and DLP rules for each department

Start Live Monitoring

Within minutes of agent installation, the first screenshots begin arriving at the panel.

  • Panel → Live Monitoring → see all active devices
  • Click any screen to zoom to full screen
  • Recordings → select a date → play like a video
  • Settings → Notifications → set DLP alert thresholds

You can also log in to panel.vagsis.net from a mobile browser — no dedicated app required.

Your Questions Answered

The agent runs in the background and does not show an icon in the taskbar. However, depending on your company policy, informing employees may be a legal requirement. We recommend being transparent under data protection regulations.

The agent continues recording even when offline. Data waits encrypted in local storage and is automatically uploaded to the panel when the connection is restored.

It depends on the plan you choose. The free plan supports 5 devices, Starter supports 25, and Pro supports 100+ devices. See the Pricing page for plan details.

Yes. You can configure FPS, resolution and compression level from Panel → Settings → Recording Policy. Optimized modes are available for low bandwidth.

All data is stored in secure data centers with AES-256 encryption. No data is transferred outside the country.

On Windows, go to Programs and Features → VagSis Agent → Uninstall. On macOS, delete the application from the Applications folder and run 'sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.vagsis.agent.plist' in Terminal.
